New perk selection system

As promised the next feature to work on are perks to give to your runners to give them a better chance of survival.  Currently on the player can use them, and there are only 2 shields, I just wanted enough to see that  the system works.   Next I will do some modeling to get more perks and add at least 15 to 20, then I will need to work on the system for the AI betters to pick perks as well. 

I am excited to delve into some interested ideas for perks to be added if you so happen to have any ideas please feel free to share them.
